Great for getting jobs done around the house without a large ladder taking up a lot of space.
I bought this because I have a long architectural ledge that runs along my living wall that's about 9 feet up, where I keep a few art pieces and decorations. Getting up there to clean, add things, and put decorations up for holidays is a hassle. Prior to buying this, I had to drag the 12-foot ladder out of the garage, set it up, and move it every couple of feet, it was very cumbersome. I thought this might be better, and I was right.First of all, it's very compact for what it does. It folds down neatly and has a strap to keep it tight between uses. It fits in my broom closet next to my vacuum. It's not very heavy, it has some weight but that's to be expected if you want something that can safely hold up the weight of an adult. Each step locks up into place as you expand the length of the ladder so you can adjust the height for just what you need it for. I suggest you start expanding from the bottom so you don't have stacked steps to try and climb onto when you're climbing the ladder. The ladder has a little bit of flex as you're using it, but I haven't had any safety issues with it and it is a multi-jointed ladder, unlike a solid a-frame, so I understand why the flex is there.I have used this ladder inside my home and outside and I love it. Take precautions to follow the ladders instructions upon folding for storage so you don't hurt your fingers and each step drops back down into position.I love it! Highly recommended!

Bowoshen Telescoping Ladder
Great product for the price. I used a friends to work on my RV and ended up buying one for myself. I’m 6’ 5” 260lbs and it holds up just fine, it’s a little rickety but it’s not that bad. I find it funny that in other peoples reviews they expect complete sturdiness out of a telescoping ladder. Don’t pay more than $116. And I don’t think the extra price for the red and green lock tabs are worth it you can clearly hear this lock as it’s extended. Also, regarding getting your fingers smashed, as long as you keep your index finger and thumb around the black trim where the release latches are there’s no chance of your fingers getting smashed. Use a little ‘random sense’ people. (I call it random sense because it’s random if you come across common sense anymore). Enjoy!

Works but……
While all these telescoping ladders are not the most sturdy things ever, they are SSSOOO handy and easy to move around. I definitely feel fairly comfortable on my 12’ and 16’ at 215lbs. The biggest issue with this 16’er is that the steps are so far apart. I mean you need both hands to help pull yourself up which is pesky when you are painting or need tools or something in one hand.

Overall thumbs up!
The media could not be loaded. Easy as hell to pull up, might take a little practice to get fast at taking it down. Ladder is fairly sturdy with the stabilizer bar. Not very heavy and folds & collapses to a decent size. When I first got it, I did have to use a hammer to pound the top rungs up a little higher so they were even. But overall I low key fw it

Good price but poorly made
I climb ladders a lot, and have several. I bought this telescopic ladder because I needed a 20-foot ladder that was very compact, when traveling. The primary function of any ladder, though, is to provide a safe platform that you can trust to not collapse unexpectedly, possibly injuring you. From the first time I extended this ladder, it began experiencing a problem sliding back to its shortest size i.e., one tube near the top was stuck. It also exhibited stability issues. At first, I thought it might be just user error - maybe I just needed practice. But after using it more than a dozen times, the problems have gotten worse e.g., one side (tube) or the other will suddenly slip/collapse while I stepped onto an upper rung.I plan to return it this week.

Great ladder for my service vehicle, compact but sturdy
I don't have a roof rack on my service vehicle, so, this ladder is perfect. I've used it many times at the full 20 foot length and it's sturdy and solid. I have a small cart for my tools and test equipment and this ladder is easy to transport around the work site. I'm really happy with this ladder and highly recommend it.

Large distance between rungs. Most useful when fully extended. Partially extended, not so much.
The 20ft ladder: it's easy to extend fully, extending each rung starting from the top.Collapsing the ladder: watch those hands and fingers--keep them out of the way to avoid getting crushed--and be prepared for loud bang as each section collapses downward with the weight of any rungs above it.For lower height jobs, say you only want to extend 10 feet, the ladder is nearly useless. You can't just extend from the top to go 10 feet. If you do, the lower rungs are still collapsed and you'll have no place to step onto the ladder. You can attempt to extend from the bottom rung up, but the weight makes it difficult to extend, and once you extend to a certain height, you can't reach the top rungs to extend them. You might alternate top rung, bottom rung, or some other combination to get the best height, but it's tricky. The ladder works best if you are extending fully. Use a different ladder for lower heights.Ladder does flex a lot! Always work with a partner to hold the ladder to increase stability and to keep it from slipping. The ladder doesn't have any bumpers or braces, so be careful not to scruff up your walls with the top section as you extend/collapse it. There's nothing to distribute weight, and because if flexes a great deal, the top section will move against the wall.I tested it to reach the ceiling of a two-story foyer. It was easy enough to maneuver it around a chandelier and window get it into position against the wall. The rungs are spaced very far apart. That will take some getting used to, so climb slowly and deliberately.

Great portable ladder and great price!
This is a great ladder. I got the 12.5 foot. It is high enough to reach the top of my 1 story roof. That is why I bought it so that I could clean the gutters. It is a little bendy but not so much that I was nervous. It is compact and gets the job done. I had it a good angle when I went on the roof and still had 2 steps to spare. I would recommend this ladder for the versatility and the price.

A cleverly designed extending ladder - but take care when closing!
This ladder has proved excellent for inspecting lofts in the various rental properties we own. It is not heavy and is reassuringly sturdy when extended. Extending it is quite easy, although one has to take great care when closing the ladder up again, the sections can drop suddenly if one is not careful, trapping fingers. It can be done safely quite easily: it is just a case of not rushing! Overall, an excellent purchase.

Telescopic ladder
This is a solid ladder, you feel the weight soon as you’re lifting out of box. Very easy to extend, just lift each step and it clicks into place.Just be careful doing the opposite. Don’t want to hold it the wrong way or you’ll catch a finger by logic should prevail 😃.Good price….waited close to a week for it with my prime subscription but it was worth it. Retracts down to around knee height so good storage so that’s a huge plus not leaving it rot in a shed. Got it for accessing my security camera I bought on Amazon which I still have to review yet and my attic. Would recommend to anyone who doesn’t want to clog up their shed.. ideally use 2 for lowering the ladder to activate each switch and hold at the right location.
