Its an ok bluetooth
To give this unit 5 stars would be a stretch, I actually feel like it's more like 3.5 stars not 4 but that's what I'm putting. It's an ok blue tooth headset and I don't see it any more superior to other Bluetooth on the market. People I talk to still claim there is still plenty of background noise. Comfort wise I think it's ok as well I've had better personally. But for the price it's an ok unit

Pleasantly surprised.....
Bought four at the same time to replace my very good Bose that are no longer made and was able to get five of them for the same price as one Bose. Out of all of them was expecting the least from this one and it proved to be the best. Do not ask my customers how I sound but always let me know if it is horrible and this one had them moot! Nice and light and like the charger cable with it's own docking like port.

Functional but disappointing
The Bluetooth arrived and initially connected to my phone without issue. Call quality was mediocre but for the price could not be beat. Battery time was certainly sufficient as well. HOWEVER after the first 30 days, the earpiece started becoming less reliable, continuously disconnecting. Now after 60 days, it will not connect to my phone at all, as if my phone is unable to”find” the earbud.

Unbelievable bang for your buck.
I am blown away by the sound quality on both sides of a call. Worth every penny. No need to buy $100 head set anymore.

Pros and Cons aplenty...
This product has a great price point, good quality construction, is light, and comfortable in the ear with the silicon gel earbuds, but I was less than thrilled with it. First off, I had trouble with the instruction booklet. It's small, but the fact that it was two-color and printed in light-colored inks, made it even more difficult to read with the smaller text and the lack of contrast to the white background paper. Other than that, the instruction booklet was intelligible and clear to read when I was able to discern its content. I only gave this product two stars because I did not like the way it operated, although it paired up immediately, (which was great). But I had great difficulty when trying to adjust the volume on it. Whenever I tried to use it, I just kept disconnecting my calls. My opinion is that its volume control function is not that intuitive. Additionally, the MFB, (multi-function-button), was a bit small for my fingers, and therefore difficult and sometimes hard-to-find when searching for it blindly. Nor did I didn't think the actual sound volume was exceptionally loud, although in all fairness, I never could get the volume adjusted, so I don't really know if it was maxed out or not. Sound quality was clear but a bit "muffled", and it was absent of static, etc., (which is very good). Its sound quality reminds me of making calls within an echo-less, sound-proof room. Personally, I would rate its overall sound quality as "soft", but where the higher frequencies seem "gone", and with it, there goes the finer "details" of the call's sound, (which some people may actually prefer). But regardless, its sound quality was clear enough except for the "muffling" effect, (when I could hear it adequately). At other times I strained to hear it. The parties on the other end of my call remarked that it had much the same qualities, and they also described as clear, as well. I didn't mind the different connector/charging setup, but found the adapter cable very short. In summary, it did not take me that long to determine that I was not comfortable with the way this device operated. I liked it's cost point, the quality build, it's earbud silicon gel cushions, it's style and weight were also great, but mostly I couldn't get used to how it operated. For that reason, I am returning it, and I did not further test it to get talk and/or battery standby times. You may find this product to your liking, but I did not.

Sadly going back.
I recently purchased this from Amazon on sale for $19. Good price! It arrived just fine and I testing it over a period of several hours. It paired easily with my Note 3 phone and sounds good both on my end and from the other end as well. I tired to pair if for fun with the cheapo usb BT adapter connected to my Win10 PC. It paired and I could make out some sound on playback but it was garbled and not very useful. I would presume this is due to the adapter more than anything else.It is very light weight and seems to fit securely in my ear. But, like many other headsets, it is not comfortable in my ear canal. It feels like an ear plug pressing and I can't take that for long. A real problem for me!Not sure about noise suppression, battery life, talk time, standby time or how much the power bank adds to the package. The power bank is an interesting idea. But it is interesting that the power bank is not mentioned anywhere in the manual. But its use is clear enough for most to figure it out. You pull off the end cap to reveal a simple full-size USB connector that you plug right in to charge. While charging it shows a red light. When full the light turns blue. The headset can be charged two ways: (a) Use the cable provided to connect the headset to a full-size USB power source or (b) slip the headset into the power bank where it can recharge from the power bank's battery. While I have not confirmed this, it appears that the power bank and headset can be charged simultaneously by setting things up as (b) above and connecting the power bank to a USB power supply. So while it may seem somewhat odd that there is no micro USB connector as seems almost universal these days, I am not convinced that this configuration would present much problem. But it does add one or two things to carry around that I did not need with my old headset which charged via micro USB. But both items are small and light weight.Regardless of the charging method used, there is one thing to watch out for: if you have the headset powered off and start charging it, the unit automatically goes into power on mode as soon as the charger is disconnected. You will see the LED start flashing and if you listen when you press/hold the multi-function button you can hear it say "power off". I really do not like this. Some may find it helpful. But sometimes things get too smart thinking they know better than you what you want.It is quite odd that this device is not mentioned anywhere I could find on the Jesbod web site (jesbod.com). So no apparent support there. Is this too old? I have seen other devices with the Jesbod brand on the internet that are also nowhere to be seen there. Makes you wonder. There are only 2 small buttons on this very small device. Along the edge is a very small button which controls volume. By repeatedly pressing it repeatedly the volume goes up in steps to the maximum (signaled with a couple beeps). If you press again, it goes down to minimum and continues to increase with additional presses. This is definitely less easy to use than the up and down volume buttons on my old headset. Just hope you not have to adjust this very often. The second button is called the multi-function button and it is more troubling. It is, as the name implies, used to control everything else you ever need to do with this device: power on, power off, pairing mode, redial, pickup call, and terminate call. I also need to use it for triggering the voice command program on my phone which uses a long press. This can be confusing and generally does not work well because there are several long press modes on this one button and it is not always clear how long one needs to press for each. I keep accidentally turning the thing off or put it into pairing mode when I am trying to trigger voice commands. This is a real problem for me. I think this one button is just way too overloaded. The indicator LED on the headset unit is on the multi-function button and that seems a very inconvenient placement. You often need to press/hold the button - for example to go into pairing mode - and this is indicated by rapid flashing of the LED - which you cannot see because your finger is right over the LED. It would be much better if the LED be located elsewhere. So back it goes and the search for something better than my old Plantronics headset continues.

Not as good as it looks.
I have now had the Bluetooth for a month, I use product reviews to make my decision. I like the design it's not easily lost in your pocket. The sound quality along with the volume are poor. In a quiet room or your car with the window closed it will work fair. Listening to music or a podcast where the volume is generally much higher you'll be fine. But not for general conversation.
