Ok so if i get this sim card and it gives me a number to use can i still use the bluetooth with my cell phone?

Yes you can. Just incase your using on a smart watch, like the cheap ones from here, they only work on 2G networks. Networks don't support 2G anymore so it wont work on the watch. I bought this card and the watch I have won't work above 2G. So my minutes expired before I could use even 1. Check the specs on your Smart Watch if using one.

So i have to use a sim card? The watch will not work with out it?

Yes, if you want to make calls, video calls or locate the device you have to have a SIM card with a plan in order for you to use it. Think of it as a stand alone mini-phone that would need a SIM card in order to communicate with other devices (phones)

is this sim card natiowide coverage (covered all states)?

I live in rural Minnesota and service is very spotty. I do not get service at my home
