Pull Down Swivel & Spring Kitchen Faucet Hot and Cold Kitchen Sink Faucet,Chrome Polished

This faucet has been perfect for our needs. The quality for the price is outstanding. installation took a little finesse. The faucet has an inner collar assembly that first must be aligned and firmly tightened before installation to prevent the faucet from spinning. This is the key step not described in the poor instructions. To accommodate the non standard hose connections, you will need to purchase two 1/2" PVC nipples and plumber's tape to connect the hoses. The hot and cold leads are not marked, I switched them after installing. I installed the handle facing forward, not to the side, and it functions well. Once installed and after several days use, we are very satisfied with this faucet. It has the commercial look in a compact size and is very solid with smooth operation.

Overall, this faucet is very nice, especially for the money. However, there are a couple of quirks that made me take off a star.Pros:1. The faucet looks very nice, and is constructed well. It is all metal, and is quite shiny and modern looking.2. The water pressure is very good in comparison to my old faucet, and this faucet seems to allow full hot water flow and full cold water flow on either end of the swivel (again, this could be just a quirk of my old faucet)Cons:1. The instructions that came with it are of little help at all, and are essentially useless.2. The faucet includes metric(?) fixtures, so getting it all squared away was a hassle. I will include steps on how I did it below. This should be available at your local hardware store.To install from a 3/8" shutoff:1. From the shutoff, I ran a 9" braided flex hose with a female 3/8" end2. From the female end of the hose, I used a 3/8" to 1/2" reduction hex nipple. At this point the end of the tube should now be a male 1/2" hex nipple.3. Wrap the end of the nipple with thread seal tape. This is critical because the female end for the faucet tubes are metric and will leak if you do not do this.4. Attach (and thread tight) the hookup for the faucet. This will now go into the base of the faucet where it has its fittings.5. enjoy a cold beer because you deserve it.

Came fast. Looks nice on however after having to go out and find us fittings to connect it is discovered one of the hoses had a leak. Contacted amazon to see if I could get a new hose and couldn't because it was from a 3rd party. Can't find that hose in the US. Had to buy another faucet. Amazon did however reimburse me.

Fixture is pretty great, not to mention for the money. But I had trouble finding the parts to connect it to USA standard water supply. In my house it cost $30 more for those parts and had to drive to 3 different stores to find them. The manufacturer should package it with standard USA hoses. The wholesaler should list typical required additional parts as available at Amazon.

This product was missing the threaded into one of the hoses that connects to the hot cold water. I was excited to get it because of the other reviews that I read. If the hose had of been threaded it would've been almost a perfect product and amazing value for the money. Unfortunately the hose cause the entire package to be defective
