VanD Clear Flashing Case for iPhone 5S/5 - Retail Packaging - Gold Snow

Looks great, but flimsy/cheap plastic. I just got it today, but I think the first time I drop it, it will crack and break. Time will tell, I will ammend this review in a few weeks and let everyone know if it will last beyond a month. I'm pretty skeptical that it wont.Update #1 - 1 week - Cover seems to scratch very very easily, normal usage in and out of pocket. I do not put anything but my phone in my pocket, so nothing has rubbed against it. I still have'nt dropped it yet, we will see if it can last after 1st time of dropping it.

It's a pretty cool novelty case until all of your friends have seen it. Then it becomes more of a distraction than anything else. As a case, it's just a standard plastic case which can be had for much less money.

I saw one like the airplane one when I upgraded to the iPhone 5s at my local Verizon store and purchased it (the black backed star one). So I searched on amazon and found this one, and bought it. It had the white back, but the plastic design piece was easy to remove and place on the black backed one I already had.It's not for protecting your phone from falls (although the iPhone 5s seems the most durable of them all in that department), it's a novelty item to turn your LED flash alerts on and see a cool little light up on the back of your phone. Very neat item.

I LOVE THIS CASE! It's practical, different and stylish! I like to use my flashlight. I always forget to turn it off. With this case, I can see when I leave it on. It lights up all around the case. I can also see when it flashes from far away when I have a notification. Even when the phone is facing up. Easy sliding door where the flashlight is so you can slid open flashlight. I've had the case for a month now and it still looks good. I've dropped it too. Still looks good. If your looking for a case that's different, slim and good for casual use... look no further.

I thought this case was a lighting case. In other words it lit on its own. Well it does not. You have to turn on that feature within your cell phone. Totally disappointing. It was a gift and since two cases were given the second one was preferred to this one.

Love It! It makes my phone looks brand new! I love the flashing lights. It works very well at home but it doesn't seem to light up when I am out.

Just OK. The case is clear plastic and the color comes from a cheap piece of paper. That makes me not want to buy from Amazon but go to a store where I can see the product.
