Fits and works.
Installed this on my wife's 2006 Ford Fusion. Was a bit of a PITA to install, but not terrible. Bottom line is it fit and it works just like the original. Can't say how long it will last, but it's hanging in there so far.

It wasn't as difficult to install as it seems. Youtube is your friend for install instructions. This door works and it is much cheaper than the dealer.
