So the first time I tried this serum I loved it. It definitely works. My bags are much less noticeable. I had to learn just how much to apply and how to NOT keep touching it after applied (it needs to be left alone to dry). I liked it so much I went and bought another bottle almost right away. I wanted to be sure I had this stuff in my hands for a long time. Unfortunately, the packaging has been a disaster. The first bottle top detached itself from the glass syringe and I cannot get the glass tube out. The only way to get any of the product out is to bang it hard onto my finger - not fun. When I got tired of doing that, I pulled out the second bottle I had. Well, that one won't squeeze out at all. It's like there is no suction, or the top of the glass is closed up. I can't tell what the problem is, but it has been enough for me to say, "Adios!" I attempted contact with them via their SuddenChange website and have received NO RESPONSE. It's been over two weeks. I also noticed there hasn't been much response (if any) to people posting their reviews here. As far as I'm concerned, their lack of quality packaging and total lack of customer service rates very poorly with me. I'm going to go find another product.

It's a good product. Sometimes takes more than one try to make it look good. But it's not like the plexaderm I used that made my eyes swell up and burned. Sudden change is easy to use.

I have purchased this for years from my local drug store and at that time, it did work, just was very tricky in its application, if you put too much you end up with egg whites under your eyes, and removing this white residue is not only painful, but you end up making your eyes look worse with the redness that follows. I tried it again this month through Amazon, hoping it would be easier to use, a different formula, but it is the same and it does not work well for me. Leaves my under eye area very dry and scaly.

I was skeptical but this product does what it says! BUT I think the manufacturer should invest in a way to see if they can make this in a clear gel or light cream. For anyone with a fair complexion, the tint of this cream is too dark and you can see it on the face. For myself it wasn’t that bad but I put some on my mom who is very fair and you could see it after it dried. It looked like when you wear foundation too dark for your skin and you see that line around your face. But hers was just under her eyes lol. I didn’t apply a lot so that was not the problem. It really should be a clear color so no residue is seen. Also because of the tint, even if it isn’t noticeable after the application, it will be visible by the end of the day. I’d literally invest in this company if they found a way to make it without the tint! Another thing for the ladies asking about wearing it with makeup. I put moisturizer on my face prior to makeup normally, I did the same but avoided under the eyes. I then put my foundation on, dabbed it in areas and blended with a brush. I blended it very lightly under my eyes. Once dried, I then added this eye cream. I wasn’t sure if it would work but it certainly did. As I said I didn’t have much issue with the color of the cream until days end when you could see the color and separation. Anyone who is fair skinned may want to invest in a slightly darker foundation to avoid this.

This product does what it says and lasts all day. I use a little to help smooth out my cheeks. Makeup can be applied over it as long as you apply it gently. I’ve bought several times from this seller who is very reliable & both packages (It’s an 2pk.) are shipped with care inside a Kraft mailer shipping box. Thank you!

This product does work very well. In about 5 minutes after putting a few drops on the old eye bags, they do shrink up and tighten up. After its dry on your eyes, the skin feels very tight like there is glue or something on it. Very uncomfortable feeling. A sticky feeling, too. But unfortunately, the tightening effect does last very long, for me, it lasts about 15 minutes, then the eyes bags return. As soon as you start to feel the tightening, stickiness effect lessen, that means the eye bags and wrinkles are returning to normal. Plus it leaves a whitish film on the skin, depending on how much you use. In addition, the liquid will dry up in the neck of the bottle so as to make unscrewing the cap difficult and the rubber eye drop cap can separate from the glass dropper as you try to unscrew it, which happened to me. So all in all, if the effect lasted hours as the advertising claims, then I would have given it 5 stars. But the effect, at least in my case, didn't last long. If you're after a novelty product this will do the job as you can see how you look without the old eye bags. I am 66 and it was cool to see my eye bags shrink, if for only 15 minutes! It's kind of a waste of money if you're looking for some serious eye bag reducing results that last.

Been using this product for at least 20yrs. For those who say it doesn't work, or leaves white residue they just don't know the trick to applying it correctly. I have very bad malar eye bags and use this daily. Through trial and error I've learned you apply it after all your makeup has been applied. Use a very small amount and tap it on. Let it dry, then run your finger under water and tap water finger over area where you applied product. Let it dry and No residue and no eye bags. Like I said I've been using this product for many many years and have tried many other products and ALWAYS come back to this product because I know it works. Don't give up, adding a little water works, and once product has dried works like a charm!!
