Does this usb c to displayport cable support 144hz - 165hz at 1440p?

I can confirm that this cable works for me on 1440p @144hz. The connection is between a 2019 MacBook Pro and a Dell S2716DG. If it doesn't work for somebody else, I would wager that the problem would lie on the end of the machine's USB-C port, given that they can have varying specifications (I believe there are different revisions of two standards, USB-C and Thunderbolt)
