Pluses: It does soften your clothes and it has an A+ review from the Environmental Workings Group.Cons: it is overpriced and does not leave a scent. What people may not be aware of is that the scent of essential oils disappears after it is exposed to heat, (like in the dryer or in candles). The only way to have your clothes smell from the dryer is to use a fabric softener that uses fragrance oil, (which allegedly is harmful). If you have washed your clothes in cold water and line dry them, there will be a faint smell remaining. But for many consumers that may not be the case. You would be better to save your money and use vinegar, Epsom salts and/or wool balls to soften your clothes in a safer way. Because this product is priced so high and produces no discernible result from that of vinegar, I give it a low rating.

I've been struggling with fabric softeners for years, trying to find one that I loved. I finally found it. I've extrmeely scent-sensitive, so scent has been my main issue. I want one, but one that I like, and one that's subtle. I LOVE this pink grapefruit scent. I'd put it in a lotion if I could. What surprised me is how much softer it's made everything. I've been using Laundress for a very long time. And I was OK with how my clothes turned out. I didn't know they could be so much softer. And I don't need much, a little goes a long way. I'm hooked. Just ordered 3 more bottles.

Usually I do not write rewievs, but I was a 'silent' buyer of this brand softener over a year. And so far, it is the top 1 I have ever used. To the comments that say this softener's smell goes away when the laundry are dry I could disagree. Yes, this laundry softener smells not as strong as usual brands we see in store. But for me, I was looking for that kind of softener. The laundry could be more softener but again, it depends what you have been using and what you are expecting. Overall, if you are considering to try this, but have doubts, I would recommend to give a try for this laundry softener, it's worth if you are looking for nice smell that is not strong and overwhelming.

FINALLY!! I am so elated to finally happen upon a fabric softener that actually softens, smells great AND does NOT break me out in hives or make me itchy. This Attitude fabric softener coupled with Attitude laundry detergent leaves my laundry clean, soft and smelling great with absolutely zero sticky residue like other brands. I am beyond pleased and find laundry a joyous event with these great results!!

Mixed feelings about ATTITUDE...while it got good reviews on EWG, well, let me put it this way--they paid for the EWG certification label anyways--I'm really lukewarm about their products. I've tried all their fabric softeners and their corresponding detergent: grapefruit, wildflower, citrus, and fragrance free. The fabric softer is made to work with their detergent, but the clothes in my opinion come out way too soft, almost droopy and shapeless. But when I try to use the fabric softener with a different detergent like, Purecy, the fabric softer is not very effective at doing it's job--softening. Also, the consistency of the fabric softener is so so inconsistent. I've gotten bottles that were like molasses and impossible to get out, and other bottles that were thinner than water. Very very inconsistent, even though I shake them vigorously to get the liquid more consistent. Not sure if I will continue using the fabric softener. Personally, the wildflower scent was nauseating, I didn't mind the grapefruit, and the citrus was the best.

Most commercial fabric softeners are full of toxins linked with cancer, asthma, allergies, hormone/endocrine disrupters, etc. No thanks. I use the wool dryer balls which cuts down on dry time, but I needed a healthy fabric softener to combat static cling. This one gets an A rating with the EWG, Environment Working Group. A few of the scents get a B or C rating but most of their liquid fabric softener line varieties get an A rating and that’s impressive. My fuzzy blankets aren’t sticking to each other at the end of the dry cycle so it does it’s job.

Although I don't love the scent and I wish they had more options, it definitely smells like wildflowers after use. It's quite strong when you sniff the bottle, but it's not overpowering on your clothes. I like that it's a better option than regular fabric softeners. I would definitely recommend this to friends.

The fragrance is overpowering! Even after mixing it with 32 oz of a lightly scented different brand (Ecover), it still reeked. Smells artificial and doesn't really go with the "natural and hypoallergenic" image. Aside from the smell it seems to work well, but the fragrance is a deal breaker. Would definitely not buy again.

I bought 2 of the 2 L bottles each 80 loads and they are very watery. I thought the one of the things Attitude products was to have less water in them. The sent is very week in the bottle and no sent at all on the clothing when dry and I hang everything to dry. I don't have a dryer. All my clothing was really stiff, more so then when I use vinegar alone. I'll go back to vinegar after using up what I have. I was very disappointed with this product and will not recommend it. All the other products from Attitude are great.

The first bottle we purchased was great, not so liquid, nice and long lasting scent. Now the second bottle looks like it's been thinned, half water half product. Of course the smell doesn't last long anymore, I thought the formula changed so I had to use more product to make up for the poor quality. I would like to have the correct product shipped that I payed for.

Le Parfum sent tellement bon!! Ayant beaucoup d'allergies de contact, je dois utiliser des produits avec le moins d'ingrédients possible. Bref, il est parfait pour ma peau.

Doesn't have a strong scent so when you use it, if you're looking for a nice smell, it won't make your clothes smell nice. It's also very watery. I did a load with and without this softener and it made no difference so I would say it doesn't do what it's supposed to.
