So far so good. I can't complain. I have noticed that I'm not as hungry and I feel fuller longer. It's only been a week since I have used this. I feel that it is helping me with my goals.

After peeling and separating the paper off the patch (because the paper is stuck to the patch adhesive) and wearing the patch morning and night (24/7) for several days, I have not even seen a change in my daily constitutional. Not even a boost of energy. Sadly I’m not getting any results. It could be that the benefits of the patch may have been absorb in the paper it was affixed to….which might explain when you peel the patch from the initial paper palette….it doesn’t stick to your skin because paper is still stuck to the patch square. With tweezers you can separate the paper from the patch. I’m just very disappointed. I had such high hopes
