Has anyone had trouble with mold?

If you slowly lift the silicone seal it can be cleaned and replaced. It tends to mold with sugary drinks!!!

Is the spout hard plastic?

Yes. It's very durable. My son usually destroys the mouth pieces but this none has held up very well. Definitely would recommend.

How can I collect on the lifetime guarantee? Had it 3 weeks, my daughter dropped it in the tile floor and the hinge cracked in two.

I’m not sure if they cover damage. They usually do not leak unless dropped on their hard plastic cap (which my girls eventually do). The company DID replace the one bottle that leaked right from the start, with no damage to it.

Where do I send my bubba kids water bottle to be replaced
