What is the length of each brush with the cap on?

The case is about 5 1/2” in length. The #10 brush is about 4 1/2” long and the #8, #6, #4 brushes are 4” long with the caps on.

have your neptune brushes lasted? Worth it?

I haven’t had them long enough to really answer this, but so far they seem like the same quality as the normal brushes.

Are these better or the Aqua Elites?

Aqua elites are stiff. Non absorbent. And all around terrible for watercolor or gouche. The aqua elite scrubs my paper to shreds when using normally. The elites just push the pigment away from where I want it. Terrible brushes. So are the princeton neptune. Non absorbent and don't release the pigment well. But they are soft so therefor more usable. But still crap. The neptune don't hold water well and release it terribly. You want good brushes try silverbrush velvet. Truly the only brushes I would recommend to anyone pro or beginner. But definitely to a beginner. Same price as other brushes if lower quality. And will improve your art.
