Like every product related to pregnancy and postpartum, your mileage may vary. I found these pads to be amazing, so much so I bought a second box and gifted the spares to a pregnant friend. Some women may not get on with them but baby number 2 is on the way and I will be buying them again. I will say they are bulky and a bit expensive but the trick is to put them in your pull ups and lie down or recline back not sit on them or go wandering around.

I used this in my first pregnancy and loved them. This time round, with my c section, I used them for longer. I would use them for three months if it wasn’t for the cost 😊 super comfy, Practical, didn’t rub on my scar, nothing else I’ve tried has been as comfortable.

I ended up having a c section but still tried these as i was so excited to use them 😂 very cooling and comfortable, i would order more of the pants as they were so comfy especially with the c section. Definitely a hospital bag necessity!

We made sure to have these at the ready when we got back from the hospital, and it was one of the best decisions we made. Our bathroom was stocked to the ceiling with this brand's products, and we used every single one of them! No regrets at all—just pure convenience and satisfaction.

Really disappointed with these. A friend recommended these to me and they sounded great, just what I need but it’s just not cold at all. I’ve followed the instructions to the letter and I’d say, once sat on it, there is an almost coldness but they’re not offering any cooling feeling what so ever. It was far better when I simple wet a sanitary pad and put it in the fridge for 10 mins. Very disappointed with the waste of money. They’re actually really uncomfortable to sit on too. Depending on what you’ve got going on down there and why you bought them, mine was post labour swollenness and stitching etc, they’re quite bulky so pretty uncomfortable.

These were really nice to use immediately after birth. They don't stay cold for very long though is my only critique.

Sod sitting on a packet of frozen peas - this was a great pad and it was mighty cold, definitely a treat in the first few days. They’re pretty expensive, but If I were to do it again I would definitely get at least one box, it was worth it for me.

The delivery was perfect, on time as usual. The padsicles also came with 2xdisposable knickers which was a nice surprise. While I really loved the disposable knickers and ended up buying more, I wasn't a huge fan of the padsicles. They are VERY bulky, and nearly impossible to sit on, especially if you've had stitches after delivery. I forgot to use them in the hospital, which is when they would have been more useful, as I was lying in bed most of the time. Once I got home, I only got to use one, because I couldn't sit properly on it. It's also quite difficult to walk while waring these, due to how big they are! So I would suggest to use them when lying down, as soon as possible after delivery, to benefit as much as possible from them.

Tried to break them to make it cold did. It work. I don't know if it was me doing something wrong or not but one day pp you want to be able to make it easy for you.
