I have small feet and it’s hard to find insoles in my size. These fitted perfectly and have helped with my plantar fasciitis. The pain is easing. So far so good.

I bought these for my son as he was complaining that his feet hurt. He has quite flat feet so I ordered these to help. They arrived on time and are really good quality and hard wearing, they are in his school shoes. Most importantly, they were comfortable to use (I was worried they might bother him but they don’t and he loves them) and now his feet don’t ache any more. I ordered a size 5.5 and he is a 5 and they fit perfectly without any need to trim them. I would definitely purchase these again.

My child has flat feet and I was not sure what type I should buy . There were loads of verity. I was bit shaky to buy this insole But the moment my child put her foot in the shoe with these insole she was so happy that it made cry . These are neat and comfortable. I would say they give a medium support. I ordered size 11-13jr for a child with size 12 feet. They are slim fitting in comparison to others I have so leave a slight gap between the support and the shoe. They are also a tad small for a size 12 shoe. I will use them but if ordering again I will definitely go for the next size up and trim down to size.

I had high hopes for these insoles for my young son who has fallen arches. Disappointed to say they are falling apart after just a few hours wear in his school shoes.

These are really good quality . Bought size 3/5. They fitted teenager size 4 Adidas school trainers perfectly with no cutting needed. She got used to them in a couple of days and admitted they were supportive after her reluctance to use them. They do make her a little taller (no problem there as she's small anyway) and might not fit all shoes as it makes the shoe higher. Will take them with us when shoe shopping, but recommend for fallen arch, flat feet daily support.

Didn’t work for my son with severes disease. Said they actually hurt and pushed his foot so high his shoes began to cut his heel. The KidSole supports are far better.
