I pop two of these in my mouth every evening when I get ready for bed. They stick to my gums and cause me to produce just the right amount of saliva during the night; this I don't wake up with cotton mouth! Actually, most mornings I wake up to find I still have a little bit of the XyliMelts adhering to my gums-- even after 7 or 8 hours of sleep! I really like the spicy Cinnamon taste- I almost want to eat them just for the taste (but I don't know if that's such a great idea!)

Game changer for dry mouth! Reduces morning breath and improves my sleep. I also dont grind my teeth as much.

These work great and I use them every night. I tuck them into the back of my cheek and by the time I wake up, they are gone. I have tried the cinnamon, peppermint, and fruit flavors. I have woken up a couple of hours after putting one in and it hadn't dissolved yet. Others that I've tried, dissolved before I even fell asleep.

The underlying product, the Oracoat Xylimelts, are amazing, I use the Slightly Sweet ones every night, as wearing my retainer gives me dry mouth at night. The cinnamon ones however, use real cinnamon, not an extract or something else to flavor them, so they leave little brown gritty speckles on your teeth as they dissolve. Not attractive or great feeling, and they taste very much like you put a pinch of ground cinnamon in your mouth. I much prefer the mint and sweet flavors, and I continue to buy them. The mint ones are lightly mint flavored, not overpowering, and the Slightly sweet ones are my favorite, and are exactly what they sound like, no particular flavoring, just a slight sweetness. My dentist also says my oral health has improved since using these every night, as saliva is very important to your oral health, and the xylitol in these is a proven cavity prevention product.

Severe dry mouth from Chemo treatments. These were recommended. They work great overnight while sleeping. Stick one to the roof of your mouth and it helps. Not as good new but you don’t wake up with your tongue glued to the roof of your mouth. These are worth trying.

These things are inexpensive and work very well. Unfortunately, I snore very badly and am a mouth breather. I would wake up with my entire mouth, tongue, throat, hurting with dryness. You just stick one of these. To the side of your gum, and you're good for the night.

I was excited to try these as cinnamon is a favorite of mine. I've used the fruit flavored and liked them, but these were problematic for me. First they badly stained my night guard (which I've tried numerous things but can't remove the orange color) and second they caused some mild injury to the mucus membranes of my mouth. I've pitched them and reordered the fruit flavored.

Love the cinnamon flavor. I do drool so product leaves red spots at time. Still keep using them.
