I have a boxer and I don’t have a fenced in yard. We love to be outside but Miss Lola also loves to go visit all the neighbors whether they like it or not. So being able to do yard work and have her out there with me without wondering off is great!! Still a little afraid of it but that’s just her personality!

This stake is okay but don't expect to be able to install it into hard dry ground. For me I think a drive-in stake style is the way to go although that style can be tough to back get out.

While the easy-to-see bright colors (orange/blue) were the perfect design choice, and install is quick, none of that matters if the quality doesn't hold up. I have a well behaved Cockapoo, who loves these type “runners” to get his energy out. He still likes to chew at 9 mos, but we’ve tried several of these and had no quality or rope issues. UNTIL THIS ONE. I still check on him frequently when using these. But within 5-7 min of being hooked to it… he’d chewed completely through the orange rope! My biggest fear had come true, but fortunately spotted him before he ended up in the road! After seeing the amount of fray in the photo, I immediately recognized why it was so easy for him to get loose, due to the low quality of rope used :/ I bought (3) of these at one time and excited to use them in different areas. I’m beyond disappointed at the quality and to be out that amount of money :(

Easy to secure and it will provide peace of mind.

I will provide a update, I have a observe my dog behavior, currently I covered the stake with cement block, my dog is crafty, I think she was once Houdini dog.

Have 2 140lbs rottsHolds them both well! Chain is a bit short but that's OK.

i have a pit bull pup who is already 70lbs and a chocolate lab that is 70lbs also and both of them can go out on this cable and now pull it out of the ground it is stuck in between buried blocks of concrete though

This came with all that you need to get this down flush with the ground. My super dog "Krypto the Irish Terrier" managed to pull previous versions out of the ground, but not this one. Bravo!
