I’ve taken this at night for a few years. I find it helps the next morning with energy and throughout the day, compared to when I miss a dose.

I got this because I usually have low energy, and a blood test awhile back showed low b vitamins. This seems to give me a little bit of a noticeable boost when I take it, and if I’m feeling sluggish and tired usually I then remember I forgot to take these. Could be purely placebo, but from what I can tell a useable source of b vitamins. Can’t tell much of a difference between being stressed or not as I always have general anxiety and this didn’t seem to do anything for that, but as for energy seems to work.

This quality of this product was excellent. A good value.
