Vinchef Nonstick Deep Frying Pan Skillet with Lid, 11in/5Qt Saute Pan, German 3C+ Ceramic Coating Technology, Heat Indicator, Induction Compatible

My husband and I both love using this skillet. It is deep, honestly non-stick and very easy to clean. It cooks evenly and while very sturdy, is not too heavy. The pour spouts on either side are very convienent Joe uses oil when he cooks and I don't, but both methods work well in this pan. The pan is also nice and deep and keeps the contents in the pan and off of the cooktop. We have had it for 9 months and have had zero problems. I guess we have both reached the age where we wax poetic about cookware. What can I say...this pan makes life a little easier for 2 old farts.

This Vinchef pan is absolutely amazing! I love the "deep" design because it works perfectly as both a frying pan and a saute pan—I can go from searing meat to simmering a sauce without any spillover. The nonstick surface is top-tier; eggs slide right off and cleanup takes seconds. Plus, it looks beautiful on the stove. Highly recommend!

I really love this pan. It is truly. non-stick and holds a lot of food. I have sauteed in it, but haven't used it yet to fry, but I imagine it will do just fine. It cleans really nice and I oiled before the first use and it's been a great pan. I feel the price was definitely fair for the product and I would buy it again. I also love it has a lid for even cooking.

I recently purchased the Pan, and I have to say, it has completely transformed my cooking experience! The first thing that caught my attention was the advanced Germany 3C + CERAMIC Reinforced coating. It truly lives up to its promise of being non-stick. I’ve cooked everything from scrambled eggs to stir-fried veggies, and nothing has stuck to the surface. Cleanup is a breeze! What I love most is its versatility. This pan works beautifully on all types of stoves—gas, induction, electric, you name it! I’ve used it on my induction cooktop, and it heats up evenly and quickly, which is a huge plus for someone like me who often finds themselves in a rush. The ergonomic bakelite handle is another highlight. It feels comfortable in my hand, and the thermal sensor is a game-changer! I appreciate the color change feature that lets me know when the pan is at the perfect temperature for cooking. It really helps reduce oily smoke, making my kitchen a more pleasant place to cook. The 12-inch size is perfect for family meals, and the deep pot walls mean I can cook larger quantities without worrying about spills. It’s a fantastic blend of quality, convenience, and safety, and I can’t imagine cooking without it now!

I wasn't sure when I got this pan if the factory thought every single woman who is as old as I am would have a Philips head screwdriver laying around to finish the manufacturing process. But the pan came with the handle unattached. I almost had to stand on the pan to get the handle in the slots and then add the screw. Other than this the pan is fabulous. It is a coated stainless steel. I ordered a 10 inch skillet and it is 10 " across at the top. However, when you take into account the slant of the sides there is only 8" of cooking surface. I have noticed this with some other pans as well. so I am wondering if there is no standardization in measuring these things. I do like the indicator in the handle that lets you know when the pan is hot enough. But this pan would not do for a family meal. I cooked two eggs and 3 brown and serve sausages for myself and my dogs. But it was not large enough for 3 strips of bacon and the two eggs. This pan cooks very nicely and cleans up easily. The non stick surface is on the outside of the pan as well and makes for easy cleanup of that surface as well. The lid came well packaged and overall, I would recommend this pan to a friend who only cooks for one or needs a smaller pan for sauces and gravies, etc. I also like that the pan is deeper and I will be able to deep fry without worrying if I can put enough oil in it to do the job. Just order a few inches larger than what you actually need.

I really like this pan. Be sure to "season" it as directed and it is truly nonstick. No oil or spray necessary once it's seasoned. It cooks evenly, seems durable but it already has a scratch on the bottom and I'm very careful to use wooden utensils so not really scratch resistant.

This is a heavy pan with a nice lid allowing steam to escape. It is a great size for a one pan meal, which I have made. The handle lets you know it is heated evenly. For those who prefer not to use oils or butter this pan will be a good addition. I like to add my oil or butter after I see the heat is even so I can minimize the amount used. Love this pan!

This is a very nice pan. It hasn't warped, it's sturdy, & well made. Eggs don't stick to it like other ceramic pans, tho we use butter or oil. Lid is nice too with notches so steam can escape & the pan has pour grooves to easily pour food or oil out of the pan. We wash ours with a soft sponge or cloth rather than anything abrasive.

pan quality amazing ( for now, lets see howmis it in 6 months ) but for now by far best pan what you can buy for this kind of money , i pay in offer 158 aed , thats a super nice price for this kind of quality !

Lookwise was good but the packaging was so bad that I ended up recieving a defective product. Wish the seller gives more effort into packing the product pieces seperately before shipping it off to customers.
