Highly absorbing if needed, and the pressure against uro area discourages leaking. Unobtrusive pretty much.

These fit great and are more comfortable than my normal briefs. I have stress incontinance from prostate surgery and these control all my leaks. They are machine washable which is a big plus. So many others are not. The cup design gives you the needed absorbancy without having gobs of fabric between your legs. I dont know how well they would do for surges, but they work for me.

These fit better than others I have tried, but unless you are a light leaker, your pants will be wet in no time, no protection for heavier incontinence. I am a light leaker so they work ok for that, if you are the same I would recommend, otherwise don’t waste your money

Small size fit me perfectly (5’ 6”, 150 pounds). Absorbent area fits snuggly but comfortably with a good seal. Best for drips and dribbles (recovering from a radical prostatectomy) but not for major leakage. Gives you confidence all day for long road trips, or for a late night out on the town with friends and family (as long as you don’t have major, persistent incontinence). Ended up with 4 pairs, but that was a total of around $100! Very expensive, but gets the job done.

Good product, does as advertised, wears well, washes well, happy with them.

I just ordered two more pair which gives me a total of 5 pair. I am very pleased with the fit and that for the most part they meet my absorption needs. I have had prostate surgery and am still being treated but seem to have caught it in time. Occasionally I add a depends pad which the pouch holds both securely and discretely. This really does the trick for times when I am doing heavy work or will be away from a bathroom for an extended period of time. I do not machine dry,, thats why I have several pair. Again I am very satisfied with the results

Very happy with these. Comfortable and for small amounts work well, had no large events to rate. I tried 3 different manufactures and these were the best.

Not used as intended, however....I've recently returned to attending the gym and I've noticed that I sweat loads and often have a wet backside!I'd leave a sweaty patch on the seats of the work stations, weights bench, bikes and floor mats, feeling pretty embarrassed every time.So I thought I tried some incontinence pants to absorb the sweat, they were absolutely amazing, no more wet patches on the gym equipment, no more embarrassment. Should I need such a product for urinary incontinence, I'd certainly consider these!

I am very disappointed with these expensive briefs. My first experience left me with wet trousers etc.I pass very little water each time due to my condition, yet on inspection, i found my urine in a pool inside these briefs.Absorption, well there is none. They are well made, & fit nicely, but sorry to say they are not fit for purpose.An expensive mistake buying these.

A bit pricey I thought,but they are very comfortable do the job,and save me bread that I spent on pads that just ride up or come off and stick to your bits and pieces I’ve bought a few now and recommend them.

These pants are comfortable to wear. The are absorbent and I have not experienced any leakage. They are expensive but in my opinion worth the money for the peace of mind they give.
