Bad service bad quality

Compré esta lámpara en oferta, nada más para ver cómo funcionaba, pues en las reseñas leí algunos comentarios negativos. Grande fue mi sorpresa al ver su funcionamiento tan bueno y obvio corrí a comprar otra lámpara en oferta, pero ya no había tal oferta…Me gustó la lámpara porque tiene detector de movimiento y de sonido y tiene buena iluminación para el área donde la coloqué. Yo le doy 10 de calificación y la volvería a comprar aunque no esté en oferta.

The camera works great. I had to start the camera twice and re-plug the light into it to get it to work, but now it is perfect.

I usually don't write reviews, but I noticed that there are some negative reviews about this camera popping up and my experience is totally different. I want to say that this is the 4th Wyze Cam v3 that I have purchased in the last two months and I cannot say enough good things about this product.First - Let's talk cost: Before the v3 I had budget about $750 to get the peace of mind that I got with under $200 (and yes, it is that high because I got the spotlight kit as well).Next - Let's talk service: I live in the Bahamas, so it took about two weeks to get the products. Once I got them, it was easy to set up and install, the app just works, and the Cam Plus subscription I got for the one at the front door and back door is awesome. I think it was like $1.50 per month per camera. I get all my notifications, and I have tested them about a hundred times. Also, it records continually with a $5 32Gig Micro SD card. I was getting about 4 days of recoding.Finally - Let's talk quality: These things are just so cute, but enough about that. They are powerful for something so affordable. The image quality is great in the day, and at night - OMG! It rivals some of the big names that cost four times as much. The fact that it's an indoor/outdoor cam is just the icing on the cake. I know I spoke about the app before, but it really is good and easy to use. Both my wife and I have access to all the footage and notification of our individual devices.I tried to find something negative to say, but honestly I would be nit-picking. Also, please know that I am not a Wyze sheep, I got the Wyze Cam Outdoor and I am not writing any good reviews on those as yet (but they are first generation so I will wait and see). I want to sum up this review by stating that if you want some peace of mind, and you are a novice to home security cameras and just want to trying something that won't break the bank, you cannot go wrong with the Wyze Cam v3.

Unfortunately, the item I received came in an opened box with a broken seal. The product itself has some “usage marks” and struggled to connect the cam to the network during the initial setup. I have several other Wyze cams and never had this issue with the previous cameras which came in sealed boxes. The cam also runs into network malfunctions and sometimes won’t streaming live feedback.Updated: 6 months after usage, this camera died.All of a sudden it stopped working and will not connect to any network (I tried several houses with different modems). I recommend to pay extra for shipping and purchase directly from the company through the US based website like I did with all my other Wyze cams - which are still working years later.
