The item I received matches the image of the item but not of the reviews. The review images all show a thicker, 3 part wheel which I didn’t get. I’d also like to know what sorcery is required to use the resistance band. I tried barefoot, socks, grippy yoga socks and shoes and every time it slipped off my feet and slapped me in the back of the knee. Not terribly impressed but I guess I’ll see if I have any progress without the band.

The foam grips that slide on easily are unfortunately the only thing holding the wheel on the axil, as they slide off just as easily. This makes it only good for linear rolling. If you want to use it on a L/R curve to work outer core, then get ready to fall on your hand with your foam grip in one hand and a grip less ab wheel in the other. Would not recommend. Look for a ab wheel that has the wheel stationary on the axil.

I opened the package and learned it needed some quick assembly. The grip is attached to one side but the other side needs to be slipped on. Didn't take much to assemble.Initially, using the roller was fine. After some usage (one day), the grip that I had to slip on began sliding. I put it back on its placed but it continued sliding. I tried it again and this time it slipped off completely causing me to injure my wrist and elbow. It was immediately placed back in the box and the return process has been started. Perhaps it was a defective handle or something but its new and already has issues.

purchased this for a personal training client for christmas so we could use during our zoom training sessions. was so embarrassed that it was missing the handle for one side and had to ask her to take back to a whole foods near her for my refund. not cool!!
