Growing great Deer love it

First time using it can say that it really came up good ive had better looking food plot with other stuff so will i spend the money on it next time probably not. Ended up reseeding it with my usual food plot seeds and had no problem with them

I have bought and used many types of seeds for deer food plots. They all usually grew, but not very well. When I bought this product and read about it on their website, I decided to do it right this time. I got two soil test kits from Whitetail Institute and sent in my soil samples. The results came back incredibly fast and were easy to understand. I amended the soil as required and planted the seeds as per their direction. There are three types of plants coming up and all are doing great. I will buy more seed from this company. The prices are competitive and the quality is outstanding. They have a wealth of information on their website.

This product started growing fast and was doing great in the first week. Then grew good for the next few weeks. Then I am not sure what happened. It didn't grow any peas and just died off. This was my first attempt at a food plot, so part of it may be my fault. I planted Mid- Aug and did not have enough time to get the soil tested although I did fertilize and put lime down. I will try again but next I want to try soybeans.

Product seems to grow better and thicker than unbranded food plot seed from the farmers co-op.

Deer are it before it could grow so no idea but I know deer like it before it grows anything

All of the seeds sprouted. The deer that I am feeding liked it. Their good health is important to me. You do have to water the plants, however. It is hot in Southern California, and if you let the plants dry out, they will die.

I planted an acre of this blend. I had good growth and sporadic deer use. My complaint is either my seed had too much radish in it or the winter peas didn’t germinate. My plot ended up full of radish with some oats and very little winter peas. I typically have not had success with brassica which is why I chose winter peas. I spread the amount called for on the bag, limed and fertilized. Hopefully I just got a bad bag with too much radish and not enough winter peas in it.
