Not terrible but not as advertised.
First... this is the AT&T version which is fine because I have AT&T but I wanted to have it unlocked for international travel... it can't be unlocked. 2nd it was supposed to be a dual sim phone but they don't tell you that this model is not dual sim capable. 3rd the sound quality on phone calls is terrible. 4th the phone has locked on me 5x and there is no way to reset the phone without waiting for the battery to die and then turning it back on. It is great for business and I have found many useful features for work but the price point at which the seller is selling the phone is not terrible so it's not that bad, but this phone does come with it's share of problems and I will probably be looking to do a warranty exchange shortly.

Awesome phone, but you might rethink having FedEx as your shipper
I liked this product so much that I had to buy another one for my wife, and she loves it. However, you might reconsider not using FedEx. They are so unprofessional and will straight up lie about misplacing a package as they did to me twice. They also do not follow any delivery instructions. Again, the phones are great, and I am glad I was able to get one for my wife, but I could have lived without the hassle from FedEx.

This phone is large enough for me to text and see videos. I haven't found anything I don't like about it.
