Q: The order came with only one arrow. how do i get the other 2. i am so disappointed because it was a gift for my grand daughter!

Ours came with 3 arrows. I would call amazon. They will send a replacement.

Q: Why does it say girl bow ?

Probably a mislabel since there are 2 colors to choose from. Or perhaps left over from a previous version when it was just the pink bow. Regardless choose the color your child would like.

The one I purchased was pink, but you can choose green or pink

Q: We have had this since yesterday and the elastic stretched out. Is it broken?

Should be able to tighten the elastic string.
