Divan Bed with Ortho Mattress, Headboard and 4 drawers (6ft Superking)

Fabulous Bed! I was a little worried when I read some of the reviews about missing pieces and failed deliveries but for the price decided to take a chance and there was no need to panic at all! Ordered on the Sunday and delivered on the following Friday afternoon. All parts received. We thought a set of screws were missing but we had pulled them off with the packaging and found them when we were picking up the packaging! The bed itself is so, so comfy, very spacious and roomy. The drawers are very deep and take lots of bedding and clothes. The headboard is also really soft. Excellent quality. So impressed am going to buy another for my Parents. Thank you!

Where to start? Firstly, when ordering they give the impression that the courier will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time. This is a lie. Despite me ensuring they had my correct contact details, no attempt was made to contact me, and a standard 8am - 6pm delivery was assigned to me on a day which was not ideal, and required using a days holiday from work.However, due to a "breakdown of the courier's vehicle", this date was not met, meaning a delay of 24 hours, I was told if I couldn't be there to receive delivery, there would be a further weeks delay. So, yet another day off work.The bed arrived on this second date, delivered by what can only be described as a subtlety racist driver, implying the previous couriers were "not from these parts" which is why the van broke down. Disgusting in this day and age.Now, the bed. Yes, it was cheap... and after 2 weeks I found out why. We ordered a super king size bed.Firstly, there are no bars supplied to hold the 2 divan parts together. I bought some on ebay.Secondly, the headboard had only 2 struts- a super king headboard needs 4. Yet more expense to correct this.A last "erm...." is the fact the 2 divans don't seem to meet in the middle flush. Fortunately a valance hides this from view.The final straw, and the reason I have written this review is that, after only 2 weeks, 2 of the 4 drawers have broken. They no longer slide as they should and will not close properly without some form of magic ju-ju. I removed one of the drawers and noticed all the sliding mechanism was warped. Yes, if the drawer was loaded with heavy objects, I could excuse it, buy they have been empty since we bought it (waiting for the bits to finish the bed)Normally, I would have sought a refund due to the poor quality, but it is now the only place I have to sleep. My advice would be to pay a bit more and get a better product with better service.

not bad at all considering the reasonable cost. The only issue is the squeak on one base..
