FOLLOW UP!!! 2/25/2026 7:25pm Central......As of today with the assistance of Kidirace customer service, Menachem helped me get the car running again. It was user error!! Lol!! Thanks for great customer service! It makes all the difference in the world!! BTW....it's a great toy police car! I recommend! Unfortunately this toy stopped working altogether. It will not charge. I have contacted the seller. We will see what happens!

It met our expectations!

We purchased this remote controlled police car for our son’s fourth birthday. He got the hang of it really quickly. The car moves really well and the sounds are fun - very loud but can be turned off :). Unfortunately, the car missed the driveway and went right down the storm drain on day 3 of having it. I reached out to Dime & Nickel as a long shot for a replacement, fully expecting to not get an answer or be told no. After all, it was of no fault of theirs that the car went right into the drain. To my surprise, they responded within a couple hours and asked for some information, and a replacement car was mailed out the next business day. When the new car came, there were some issues with connecting the remote to the car. We contacted the manufacturer on the instruction manual and got no response. I reached back out to Dime & Nickel to see if they had encountered this issue before and maybe had a reset code or something like that. After assessing the car and remote, they are sending another replacement and are even testing to make sure they work before shipping out. We have been blown away by the customer service and willingness to help. Talk about going above and beyond! Thank you to Menachem and all of Dime & Nickel for caring. We will absolutely be purchasing again in the future.

This was bought as a Christmas gift for one of my sons. He loves remote controlled vehicles. He had plenty of monster trucks & so on, so I looked at this one & liked the description & look. I have to say I am very impressed with the quality of this car. It is built well, & it goes pretty fast. Tires are rubber so it works well on multiple surfaces. The battery lasts around 30 - 45 minutes on a charge. I did have to take 1 star off because to charge the car, you have to unscrew the panel underneath (everytime) with a tiny screwdriver (I think it comes with it) & pull out the tiny cord, then plug it into a micro USB cable. I think the design to charge it could have been better thought out like a simple capped plug in port or something. All in all, I would recommend & actually have to a relative who purchased one for my other son for his birthday.

Great seller, super responsive and helpful and the car is great fun. Works perfectly right out of the box, simple enough that the kids were able to figure out the controls with no problem, best of all the car battery is rechargeable. Really happy with this as a gift for the kids.

Coolio, cool looking car, I just with they had more “realistic” designs or other designs, like maybe a crown vic? Or a Ford Explorer, but this is still cool, this is the best I could find at its price point. It’s the only one there is I guess lol. But it’s pretty cool for what it is.

The KidiRace RC Remote Control Police Car worked well for about 6 months and then wouldn't turn left. My 5yr old son was crushed. He loves this thing and it gets every day use. Smooth ride and cool sounds. And there's also the option of switching the sound off altogether - which is nice. We were outside the product warranty window when the left turn steering went out, but after reading so many positive customer service reviews, I decided to contact Dime & Nickel anyway. I provided my order number, explained the issue.I had diagnosed myself that the issue was with the car itself, not the transmitter. Dime & Nickel were super responsive and remedied the problem right away. I have nothing but good things to say about Dime & Nickel and how pleasant they were to deal with. That level of customer service alone has steered me towards shopping their storefront for birthday and other gifts for family and friends.

Good toy. Our granddaughter really enjoys it. After hitting walls many times and falling from steps still functions and does not show any damage. Charging is a little long – 3 hours but maybe a charger with higher current could make charging faster.

Très rapide. J’ai mis 4 sur 5 car je trouve très bizarre et peu pratique le fait que le port pour recharger la voiture se trouve sous un compartiment qu’il faut dévisser à chaque fois. Hormis cela, je la recommande. Notre fille est très contente de son cadeau.
