It is as advertised, however I thought that the outer shell would be heavier duty than it is. it looks good when you get it, but it shows wear right away when placed on keyring. I guess for the price that it sells for you can't ask for too much.

Small - Scratched
Regrettably, this item is not of the best quality - the tube is INCREDIBLY small and mine arrived w/ a great deal of scratches on it. I was pretty disappointed in the product, overall, but it is a low-price-point item. I will still be gifting this item, as it is perfect for what I had in mind (aside from the size and scratches).
