Better braces available
Not the comfiest of braces, leaves abit too much play and the bar splints are in awkward position. Ended up causing more pain. Probably more down to a fitting and size issue may work better for other people

They wouldn’t know there ass from their elbows
Knee and Elbows are similar but their supports are not. Funny that this is identical to a knee support i have (which serves it’s purpose as a knee support) but this is not fit for purpose. Luckily, I could use it for me knee if I lose my current one 😂

Can tailor the amount of support that is required by adjusting the three straps. Has enabled me to continue playing tennis without causing further injury.
