Works in my Vita Spa
Fits perfectly in my Vita Spa waterfall valve. I would advise that you also purchase some Magic Lube (https://www.amazon.com/Aladdin-Magic-Teflon-Lubribant-Sealant/dp/B006H3XBAU/) and smear it on prior to installation to reduce friction, otherwise the rubber piece will eventually become detached from the plastic body, which is probably why you are replacing this piece in the first place.

Perfect fit for my Hot Tub/Spa
The OEM parts are all plastic on the waterfall control valves and over time with the chemicals and heat they are pretty easy to over tighten and break. (See picture 2). This is the second one on my spa and this valve was a perfect fit for the replacement. The only thing missing from this kit is that you need two new "o" rings that go on the top of the valve to seal it to the plastic top that screws the assembly together. These are 1" in diameter. I also added some silicone grease to the gray/black half-round lower section of the valve that meets the opening in the valve housing to seal the water out. (See picture 1) This is a very easy repair once you have done one of these. A couple of tricks I learned. When I removed the black valve head and unscrewed the the valve body, the valve assembly slipped down into the spa. I inserted a pair of needle nose pliers into the valve body, opened them till they made contact with the body and then pulled up to raise the entire valve higher so I could attache the hold down head.

My 2013 Marquis hot tub valves have been broken for several seasons. One for the neck jets, the other for the waterfall. I used a screwdriver to fish out the rubber mats stuck inside the valve assembly, then grabbed them with a long pair of pliers. Make sure you find these before installing the new ones! It took me roughly 5 minutes and I repaired both valves. Should have done this years ago! Easy peasy, no leaks, no trouble.
