Ok so this stuff doesn't "slim you down " per say. But man oh man does it keep you regular. I normally hate like hate tea but I can handle the taste of this stuff. I add a packet of Splenda which really helped. I drink a cup before bed and it puts me right to sleep and then it's straight to the bathroom in the morning. Definitely helps with bloating and helps you feel better after a big meal or junk food/fast food. Will buy again!

i lost 5 pounds in a week, bowel movements are not painful like a laxatives does. Got this one for myself and my wife as we wanted to try it out. We are really against drug detox, so this tea seemed like a perfect solution! The taste is very pleasant and It gives a very smooth cleanse and works well with my body. My wife was quite happy as well. So far I definitely recommend it and we will continue using it as well!
