My friend recommended this supplement when I prepared for IVF. It contains inositols, folate and VD. Inositols help with egg quality and is on the supplement recommendation list of a top IVF clinic. Many friends in my IVF support group take it although they don’t necessarily have PCOS.This pill works well for me. It needs to be taken twice a day to ensure better absorption. I had it for more than a month before I did IVF. I was able to get 6 embryos despite my 40+ age and 2 best grading ones passed PGS. Very happy with the results.The only downside is to set alarm to remind myself of taking twice a day.

The amount of folate and vitamin D is crazy good! It really is a great quality product. I found the pills easy to swallow (I usually don’t have problems with pills to begin with). If swallowed immediately I did not experience an aftertaste which is awesome. Overall I liked the product and would recommend. I feel like my body had a positive reaction with the pills.

These pills are effective for women with hormonal and fertility issues. Once I began taking these pills, I noticed a difference in my overall well being and it also helped to balance my hormones and regain a regular menstrual cycle. The only downside is that these pills can be difficult to swallow.

I ordered these pills for my sister-in-law, who was attempting to get pregnant at the time. These pills are supposed to promote healthy eggs, as well as combat other chronic problems such as PCOS, while improving fertility. I was told that the pills were great from the perspective of aftertaste, and easy on the stomach. The only complaint I received was, the pills are rather large. she struggles with swallowing pills in general, so that was a bit of a hurdle for her. Insofar as they can be measured for their effectiveness, she swears by them. I'm also happy to report, she has since become pregnant, and is very happy. I don't know if there's a direct correlation between this supplement and her becoming pregnant, but I certainly can attest to the fact that, it didn't hurt that process at all. They seem to be very impressive, and come recommended by health professionals as well.

I got these for a family member who has been trying to get pregnant. Still waiting for that to happen, but she says that this has helped regulate her cycle. She said her PMS is just about gone. The only thing she wasn't thrilled on was taking 3 large pills twice a day.

I really enjoyed taking these supplements. They are easy to swallow, have a decent flavor, and are a good value for my money. I struggle with PCOS and these supplements do help with the symptoms.

These pills are pretty big, but myoinositol and D-chiro inositol are really effective for women with PCOS - it definitely has an effect on me. You have to take 3 capsules twice. a day - which for me is a lot! It's worth it though, because it has such a good impact on my health.

It's easy to swallow and love that it helps regulate my cycle. I feel like my hormones are on track. Will continue using this.
