I am handicapped, and this mop as giving me the fun and ability, to clean and refresh my house again.The only thing is that, it said that it had 4 refills for the mop. And I just received 2.

Makes mopping very simple with no mess and much cleaner floors

They were just fine

Loved it but it didn’t come with 4 replaceable pads like it said. Only one was in the box. So far it’s easy to move around. Clean with and put together. The bucket is super easy to clean. Just wish the pads came with the mop Like it said.

Using this item is so complicated and it’s a waste of money as well :

By far, the worst mop…EVER! It pretty much comes put together; you just screw the pole together. Convenience stops there. The side that is supposed to squeeze the water off…LOL! Pray that the mop head doesn’t come unattached from the pole…no, like literally…PRAY!! This mop and bucket flew over my balcony leaving my neighbors in hysterics. LOLOL

No option to replace mop - not sure what to do

Product seems okay but upon arrival it doesn’t come with 4 reusable pads like they advertise. It only comes with one in the box and one loosely packed.

S'utilise très facilement sur une serpillière à scratch. Bonne qualité du produit. Lavable en machine à laver sans problèmes.

Je suis très satisfaite de leur utilisation car cela me permet de nettoyer le sol de façon un peu plus poussé vu que les petits poils durent permettent plus facilement de décoller les tâches au sol
