I decided to revamp my 10 gallon aquarium to improve the look and water flow. I decided to use rocks to cover the exposed roots of my background/midground plants. I had black sand and needed black rocks, unfortunatly most online were for decorative purposes and so the rocks were dyed, thank goodness this seller existed otherwise I would have been out of luck! Simply had to go through and find the darkest out of the two bags I recieved, which wasn't hard, every handful would give me at least 5 to pick out, which says a lot since I have small hands. After placing all the rocks I still have quite a bit left over and, as you can tell, they are indeed black, or at least a dark grey. Very happy customer!

I thought these would all be a shinny black, they are more of mixture of black and mostly dark grey. Not what I was looking for. None the less I kept, as the idea of lugging 10lbs of rocks to post office does not appeal to me. Really, they are rocks, how could you screw this up, but yet they did.

I purchased a few different things for an inexpensive orchid look in a jar and the result is perfect. I used the 32oz wide mouth mason jars for the container. Everything put together looks great. To make it easy. insert a used toilet paper roll or rolled up cardboard down the middle of the jar and fill the pebble stone around the roll then insert the orchid and orchid leaf and fill the top with the spanish moss. The 10lb bag was just enough to fit the planter I ordered this for. They’re nicely polished and a good size.

This was actually a great purchase and better then what I thought I was getting. Isn’t that nice it’s better then what’s expected? That never happens these days...

These rocks worked really well! We used them for the floating candles in our clear dark purple mason jars. But now that we have them they will work well in a fish tank.

I wahsed them and the black came right off. Had to throw them out because my turtles were eating the paint (or what ever it is) horrible purchase. But i threw it aways so no return

Got a bag of these for my ten gallon with African clawed frog. Nice, smooth and large enough so my frogs don't eat them or get hurt on them. This was the perfect size for the whole tank.
