I've only been wearing it for 2 days, but I already wish I would have gone with my other choice. I like the watch, how it looks, and what it's designed to do is great, but the app is terrible. It randomly disconnects, it is definitely inaccurate (it will add steps while I'm laying in bed), it constantly changes my weight, won't record any sleep data at all, and the alexa function, which is why I went with this watch, works maybe 1 out of 10 times. It's a shame bc the actual watch is nice. You can choose from a variety of different watch faces, including pictures from your phone. It's very comfortable, I don't usually sleep with smart watches on, but I keep this one on and it doesn't bother me, it has a function to help you breathe slowly, for meditation or to calm down, and the actual face shows detail well. If all you're looking for is a nice looking watch that will give you the notifications from your phone, it's a nice watch, but if you're looking to actually track your fitness accurately, go with a different one.

I bought this watch several months ago. It was working great. Bought it to c text msg & who was calling me. All other features work like stated.Now the side button to turn on the screen doesn’t work! Nothing has happened to the watch. Very disappointed that it doesn’t work anymore. Can see when a message comes in but can’t turn in the screen to check the time or anything.Haven’t found a site to see about troubleshooting the problem.

I am happy with my item. It is everything as it said in the order. It is supposed to connect with your smartphone. You don't have to use Alexa it will still work. I love the options like I showed on the picture and I love the weather and my heartbeat. The only downfall is the band. Not happy with the material I tried ordering a different band to match to my watch and they're not much options. Price is exceptional compared to other smartwatches. I hope that helps.

I'm interested in a smart watch but wanted to try out a cheaper model before spending a lot on a nice one. I liked the look of this one, but my first problem was that I ordered the pink in the photo. What I got is a rather ugly orange/peach. Except for the color, though, I do like the band. I have a small wrist and it fits well. The directions for start up are so bad I spent two days trying to connect it to my phone's bluetooth--which could have been handled with a short sentence in the set up directions. Now that it is connected, I'm trying to figure out the app and the various functions. No easy task. The company's online site is down--a message says the domain name expired and was not renewed. The support email given in the paperwork went unanwsered--undeliverable apparently. The print in the guide is so teeny tiny you should keep a magnifying glass handy. But even if you can read it, it is very confusing. The screen display only stays up for about 3 seconds, which is annoying and doesn't help. So far about the only thing I've managed to set up is the step count, which is nice. I'm anxious to see if I can figure out how other things work. Maybe with help from my more tech savvy kids.

Order in the color band you want because you can't find a replacement band for it. I do like the ability to change the watch face. The mobile app is easy to use. I can choose which activities to track. I also have to take the watch off to shower. I had an allergic reaction to the band after getting it wet. I have to use powder to keep moisture down under the band. The battery life is 7 days which I love. But do find it has trouble tracking when the battery is low.

It took me at least two hours to set up the watch. I watched several videos on YouTube for directions to set the time. I finally found an app to sync the watch. Success came through trial and error.All this could have been avoided with some clear directions.

Ya tengo 6 meses usándolo y la verdad es perfecto y hermoso, sí funciona con Alexa y lo uso mucho para prender y apagar focos en mi casa básicamente. El contador de pasos es muy bueno, la aplicación del celular considero que podría mejorar pero es suficientemente buena. Lo único que tiene de malo es que no se le puede cambiar la correa por que no es ni de 21 ni de 22 mm, ninguna correa le queda, una le queda chica y la otra le queda grande, así que cuando se te rompa la correa de plástico con la que viene, bye bye reloj!La verdad es que por lo que cuesta está muy bien, pero lo de la correa si es un tema...

Creo que es uno de los pocos productos de mala calidad que he comprado por AMAZON por lo general me ha gustado el servicio y la calidad de sus productos. Al comprarlo funciono bien, pero al descargarse la primera vez y volver a cargarlo ya no enciende la pantalla, solo se pone en blanco y no enciende, no se se sea el reloj, el cargador o la batería. pero sucedió al vencer la posibilidad de regresarlo. No es lo que se espera de un reloj inteligente y el. armador no es tan fácil de conseguir para verificar que es lo que le sucede.No se si sea el cargador.Si alguien conoce alguna manera de solucionarlo les agradecería la información.

El producto es tal como aparece en la foto se conecta muy fácilmente, carga super mega rápido 20 minutos y dura su batería aproximadamente 3 a5 días, yo estoy encantada ya lo use para nadar dos días y excelente.

Lo compre como regalo para mi esposa, y desde el primer momento le encantó, fue fácil realizar la configuración inicial y la conexión con el celular, al principio no llegaban las notificaciones de las llamadas, pero esto era un inconveniente de permisos directamente en las configuraciones del celular, buscamos el "problema" en internet y en menos de 5 min ya teniamos la solución. En si el producto es muy bueno.El único "pero" es que las actualizaciones son lanzadas cada 2 o 3 semanas, y en una de las últimas, la cual fue realizada al rededor del 20 de Junio, han cambiado un aspecto que creo es muy importante para la personalización del aspecto del reloj (algo que muchos de nosotros buscamos), las opciones de colores en cada fueron eliminadas y con ello algunos de los "temas" quedan con colores muy incomodos que no permiten ver la hora de forma adecuada, espero que en alguna futura actualización puedan volver a incorporar esta opcion de elegir los colores del texto o del fondo de los diferentes "caraturas" del reloj, a la fecha 05/07/2022 no se ha corregido.

Lo compré para nadar mi deporte favorito, sin embargo no me marca km, brazadas, tiempo, vueltas y por esa razón tendré que devolverlo o bien el vendedor pueda resolver mi problema antes de hacerlo
