Easy to use and holds a distance well to enable accurate calculations.

I use these near weekly for nautical chartwork. I've used them for over a year and they have a perfect stiffness to them, they don't collapse on themselves but it isn't stiff enough to the point your forcing them. Great product, great price.

Needs aa little lubrication but works great

Der Zirkel sieht sehr gut aus aber aufgrund der schlechten Verarbeitungsqualität ist er meiner Meinung nach nicht für die Navigation zu verwenden. Die Kontaktflächen im Scharnier sind bei meinem hier gekauften Zirkel nicht parallel gefräst so das sich der Zirkel nicht gleichmässig öffnen oder justieren lässt. Eine Strecke in der Karte präzise abgreifen ist fast unmöglich bzw. zeitaufwendig. Dies lässt auf eine sehr primitive Art der Herstellung oder fehlende Qualitätskontrolle schließen. Als Deko ist er aber schön anzusehen!
