I'm impressed! The quality better than I was expecting. All the components are heavy and beautiful polished chrome, looks like will hold up in commercial use. Installed easy, everything fit well and went exactly as it should and no leaks. It has O-rings on all connections so do not over tighten anything. And amazing water pressure wow, I have to open the handle only half for most use.Includes a bag with spare replacement gaskets which is a great touch.Looks like uses ceramic discs for the valves which is great, my only concern would be where to find replacements for these in the future when they wear out.I would definitely buy this again, highly recommended

I could not be more pleased with this product. Previous faucet was bought locally, cost almost twice as much and wasn’t even half the faucet this is. It was a great hit with the store I installed it in, made a hero out of me!

The hose ruptured and is covered under warranty still. The company communication is horrible. They finally sent a replacement and it was the wrong size. They insist that it is the correct size despite having seen the images I have sent them over the old hose and the replacement hose they sent. The image is of the two hoses side by side. Now they are telling me that I must buy the orrect length replacement hose through Amazon because it is is not the hose that came with the faucet. Amazon will have to resolve this issue since I already have invested time and money in instalation.

I absolutely love the quality of this and the sprayer that blasts plates clean in pre rinse. This fit my regular standard size double sink without any issues at all.

I installed this at our church and it was easy to install, easy to assemble and feels like it's substantially made / heavy duty. Time will tell but so far I've been impressed
