Q: Would this work with a keg tap dispenser?

This is a stand alone insulated thermal beverage container. It keeps a half-gallon (64 oz) cold or hot for about 12 hours if used correctly. By that I mean if you just fill it, it will draw away heat or cold from your beverage and make hot liquids cooler or cold liquids warmer and them keep them that way. To preserve the beverage temperature, you should pre-heat with hot water or pre-chill with ice the container before filling. If I understand your question, -you want to keep tap dispensed beer cold. You can do that by pre-chilling the container then filling from the beer tap. Please note, since every time you open the container you will cause evaporation of CO2, your cold tap beer will go flat long before it gets warm.
