Fake warranty promise. They will forget customer service once they sell.
The product went bas in 2 months. It has a 1 year warranty butbthe manufacturer never fulfils the warranty claim, they wont reply to your mail, call and Amazon Customer service won't help either. One of the worst services from both Amazon and Manufacturer. Don't believe in the warranty promise. Build quality is good, but not a value for money. For the 2 months that I used; it was good. But, then functionality was not working. Weight is not read properly either.
