the description says turntable but doesn't turn. Misleading product description. couldnt return the product as it was already used it.

This is beautiful but don’t set oily things on it. I used it as a beside-stove setting for salt, pepper, olive oil etc. There are definitive rings left in the marble by anything oily. Did not see any warning against this in the description.

Not perfection; there was a one small grinding flaw on the edge, where is was rough and it's no where near 1" think, it mics at 0.49" (less than a 1/2"). But for my purpose it is just fine. I needed a replacement top for my antique Victorian plant stand and this is perfect. I used a putty knife to scrape off the feet (which are just think foam pads) and secured the piece with construction adhesive. Turned a $40 yard sale base into a $400 stand! For general use in the kitchen, this would be fine if you're careful. The thinness of the piece will make it more fragile.

I've been looking for the perfect centerpiece decor and also most importantly , the right size for my small table. The color is just what I've been looking for as it's plain marble tray without the gold or silver hooks to it . The description of the color looks dark but it’s very light . Prefect! It's a bit heavy so be careful . Easy to clean ! I'm so happy I found this !
