Great toy for our household
Got this through a Lightning Deal and am so glad we bought it! But even more so, the kitten and our middle cat love it. We used to have a longer one and she loved that thing. So I figured that if we could find another one, but smaller, it would be very welcome. Our middle kitty is not too fond of the little beast; however, it does the heart good to see her playing with him within a day with this tunnel. The kitten took to it within minutes. By this morning it was nonstop fun. Our 6 year old, 16 pound kitty, takes a little longer with this type of toy. But we have spotted him checking it out. OMG- as I am typing this, my husband threw another toy into the tunnel. He ran in there to get it but is a little too big and was very unhappy. He's like a Norwegian Forest Cat: looks, build, weight, and all. This just may not work for him. If he does play in the tunnel, I will update because I know others have larger kitties too.So far very pleased with the construction, like the 3-way tunnels, and really like the colors. Plus the toy is still attached. That is almost a record in our house. (*And as others have noted, kittens cannot sit on top of the tunnel as shown in the picture! As having owned a long, straight tunnel before, I knew that was most likely not possible. Love the hole in the center for a little head to pop up though!)

Having a cat toy that you can easily stash and forget about for a while is a good thing
We have all seen those outdoor swing/gym/slide/monkey bar-play sets for children. They seem to be ubiquitous in many suburban backyards and even spotted near rural homes. Have your ever seen children actually playing on these installations? Me neither. So the cool thing about this 3-way cat tunnel is that it is portable and collapsible. Leave it up all the time, and cats and kittens will eventually avoid it the same way children stay far away from those yard installation. But when you keep your felines on their paws by tossing the tunnel into their play area from time to time, then it proves enticing again.Throw in a catnip covered toy or two or drag a length of soft cord through the tunnel, and it becomes the center of attention. Even Old Scratch, the behemoth formerly feral cat who is not exactly agile, lumbers over and climbs through from time the time. The younger set zip in and out of the tunnel and amuse themselves till they are on to the next thing. And that is, as far as I can tell, the story of cats. They get bored after a bit, so it is on to the next game. Which brings me back to my point that having a cat toy that you can easily stash and forget about for a while is a good thing.

What to do when not napping
The media could not be loaded. Our kitty, Lone Survivor, just turned 2. When we take him camping he really doesn’t have a lot to mischief to get into...until we want to go to sleep. We have a cat tent for him and we put this tunnel in the tent. Whether he’s playing with the tunnel or hiding from the world he like this tunnel. We leave it up in the house for the same reason. This tunnel is so simple to take on the go. I just folds right up into the flat disc shape it came in and we pack it with the rest of the pet entertainment. What a great idea for a silly kitty. Thank you for the invention. Blessing of the Lord my God Christ Jesus. Donna~forgiven child of God

This is the BEST toy! My only issue is that Poppins' nails ...
Wish I would have had this for my first rescue duo. This is the BEST toy! My only issue is that Poppins' nails figured out how to break the material, even after a vet visit (4 days ago). That said, I'm now looking for some sort of obsticale course with numerous attachments that will further engage active, neutered cats, further help me with their incredible energy.Early July, I adopted two cats from PAWS, a non-kill rescue. I was warned that the 2 yr old male (Banks) was returned for biting issues and needed a lot of stimulation. The female (Poppins), 1 yr, had been through the ringer for the past week. Something about both of them was special. I'd lost my 16 yr old male 2 months earlier, so I was looking for new kiddos. Energy upon energy is what I adopted! BTW, This tunnel, and another a few weeks ago, are incredibly awesome for so many reasons. Hidey holes...treat areas, play time with and without me. However, this one needed estitching in 2 weeks to recover one of the wires. That said, if I could figure out a way to mount these to walls for climbing adventures, I'd be set. Banks is mellow; Poppins is crazy! That said, whenever Banks plays with Poppins, this tube comes into play and both enjoy it.This last paragraph adds to another tunnel I purchased.

Our Kittens Love It
We have two black kittens (brother and sister) who love running, jumping, and pouncing. They absolutely adore this tunnel. One will race in and pop out the top. The other will race in and lurk inside there. Then they'll pounce on each other in it. They think it's the best toy ever.It makes a crinkling noise as they go through it which they seem to love. The tunnel is quite sturdy - we toss it around to get it out of the way and it doesn't care at all. We've had it two months now and the kittens have been avidly using it without any issues. It doesn't show any sign at all of wear. So this looks like one of the few toys they won't destroy quickly.Well recommended. One minor note - I'm a bit iffy about the photoshopped images they are using to market it, which had cats not in proportion to the unit. Amazon should require all product images to be REAL product images so you can see the actual proportions. Look at the user submitted photos in order to get a more realistic idea of its size.

Crappy quality
The media could not be loaded. The only thing that’s like picture is the computer and size. It’s very flimsy, doesn’t stay in shape. It all folds in on its self. Annoyed that I tossed out all the packaging
