New design fits TERRIBLY. They ruined a great glove.
I work as a rigging electrician in television. In the winter we're laying and wrapping heavy cable in all kinds of snow and crap weather. I need a glove that's waterproof and warm, abrasion resistant, but still has enough dexterity to tie tight knots in 1/8" braided cord. It's a cinderella combo. I also have long hands, which makes it even harder. The previous iteration of these Ice Ninja gloves in XL were awesome. I couldn't get more than a couple months out of them before they'd tear where the thumb meets the hand, but they were warm and had just enough dexterity to do the job. I ordered a bunch more going into this winter. The logo changed but the part number was the same and I figured it was the same glove. This morning I tore the tag off a pair and tried to put them on to go wrap cable in the snow... big surprise, I can barely get my hand into them! The thumb and fingers are too short and weirdly placed, so there's most of an inch of "web" between your digits. They're useless. I'm very disappointed and am now looking at other brands.

They do not keep your hands warm if you worked in a freezer
Well I bought these gloves because they were number one on the top 10 googles list for cold storage freezer wear gloves boy was that a crock as shit these clubs do not work very long in a freezer my hands were always cold I spent more money on other gloves on the top 10 and none of them worked so I don't know why they say good for freezer work because they didn't work for me at all now in fresh room meat Room they are fine but not the freezer or I would not recommend them if you going to be cold they're not gonna work Below freezing on Positive note they are very comfortable

Warm and waterproof.
I bought these gloves to clean off the car in the winter. After cleaning off the car my gloves are usually wet no matter if they say "waterproof". These gloves are waterproof as well as warm. In fact sometimes too warm, they keep the heat in and the water out. Light weight and not too bulky. A little tacky so you get a good grip but not sticky.

NO
using this gloves in the cold for a while your hands get moisture inside, removing your gloves will be a mess, the inside fabric will stick to your skin and you end up separating the rubber material from the fabric.i don't recommend this at all, after 3 days of use i have to trow them away.

Look for something else.
Not even water resistant. 40-45 outside temps. Lite drizzle. 30-45 off handling dunnage and straps on a load that needed 10 straps. That said I only only expect a pair of cold weather gloves to last 3-4 months. These lasted 2 used.

These gloves are awesome. I work outside and have been looking for a while for a glove to keep my hands both warm and dry. So glad to have found these.

I would buy more
I never write reviews but these gloves are great. I own a fleet maintenance company. Washing trucks in cold weather. My employees loved these gloves. Kept their hands warm
