I suffer with arthritis in my shoulders and keeping myself clean has become very hard as I get older. This aid is perfect! It is a good design and very sturdy. Do not go for cheaper models, I made that mistake and ended up sending it back because the spring got stuck. This model is a much better design unlike other types.

best on market, pity it does not last very long, wears out very quickly, i suppose that is why it is fairly cheap, would willingly pay a little more for better quality.

I am unable to stand unaiddd and the handle of this product is far too long for practical purposes. The item is well made but in this case not suitable for purpose.

Well, i'm glad i bought this, it's easy to use, and it does the job, I have been using Andrex flushable tissues, which can be costly, but at least i feel clean.

Waste of money. Difficult to use. Difficult to release the toilet paper. Not recommended.

This purchase came way before the date shown on my order so I was very happy about that. I'm disabled and need a product like this. Some of the similar products are made with the end rounded, like the Bottom Buddy. I have found that with me being overweight and disabled, the round end did not work as well because it has to spread the buttocks and it did not. This Juvo Toilet Aid with the flat paddles helps to spread the buttocks and does a very good job. Using the release button was a bit difficult at first but I got used to it. I've bought just about all the toilet aids out there and I think this one is the best.

Bought several toilet aids, not knowing which would be best. This tool functions exactly as promised. The big quality is exceptional, there are clear and concise instructions for the simple operation. I strongly recommend this product for anyone needed assistance in reaching those hard to reach areas. FTR, we really need this tool for drying only. Great tool for use with a bidet or bidet seat. The only thing that it's missing is a loop to hang it near the toilet!

This device has literately saved my mothers life, truly. My mother is very big and has severe mobility issues due her size. She is also very incontinent both ways and has severe arthritis. With all these conditions she could not reach to clean her self at all. Though she has an aide come a few hours daily and I would go too to help her clean up, we could not keep her clean. So since last month she has started to get sores on her bottom and upper legs. So bad she was hospitalized due to infection. The infection could lead to an amputation or even loss of her life. We could not afford to pay an aide to be there 24/7 and my mother did not want to even discuss going to live in a facility. To be truthful I do not believe they rest homes would accept her, so she would probably be facing a colostomy and catheter for the rest of her life. Thankfully with this: Juvo Products Self-Assist Toilet Aid for Range of Motion Assistance, White/Blue (SAT01), Caddy AND Personal Portable Bidet and washmate. When she is alone now she can clean her self and even apply creams. I am so grateful to the people that thought up these devises. They literately save lives and definitely improve the quality of life. All the OT and PT people are thrilled with these devices and were taking pictures to suggest them to other patients they have. I also work in health care, so will suggest these devices to many of my patients with same issues too. Thank you also for keeping them at an affordable price, as most people that need these devices are of limited income. I really can not thank you all enough.
