Instead of plastic bottles, sealed bags work perfect for the purpose. The product seems to have great quality and I hope to get all the benefits from it. Updating the review after almost a month of taking the supplement: I didn't notice any improvement in my condition, but it didn't get worse as well, so that's why my 3 stars: it's okay.

I don't believe this is even real stinging nettle. It did nothing for me and I was taking it for months. What is in here? Doesn't yield results like name brands I can trust.
