Looks really great! My friend (who I bought this for as a gift) loved it. I used simple text image (at the recommended resolution; needed to use an image since I was doing some editing on the text) so it's difficult to tell how this would turn out with a more complicated image, but for what I used it for it looks great. Really crisp text and no flaws that I can see. Was certainly the cheapest option I found for customizable mugs of this quality.
