Not too keen of a book
Doesn’t really describe much in terms of the arthritis and what it does to your health. People need to go about things that they do on a daily basis and just take it easy as they get older. Don’t over do it with exercise. Walking is a good form of habit.

Don't waste your money!!
I paid $6.99 for a 39 page book? This is totally not what I was expecting and feel I have been ripped off! I could have found this information by searching the net! Very disappointed. Do not buy this book if you are looking for good information about Rheumatoid Arthritis.

I found this book very educational as it gives a better understanding why this ailment occurs. I thought that Rheumatoid Arthritis is only common to older people but through this book, I have learned that there are other factors that contribute to this dreadful condition. It also emphasizes that small changes to your lifestyle, whether through your diet or through your physical activities that it is more effective to combat this disease than to transform everything overnight. It also comes with healthy and easy to cook recipes that everyone will surely love. Very encouraging!

Fight this pain naturally. It is possible.
Yes. It is possible. Stop taking drugs or doing surgery or taking injections. Arthritis can be cured naturally. It's all about diet, exercise, stretching and a million tips that you will find here. I don't have arthritis myself. My mum does and that's why I got this book. I have done research myself on the Internet and this book just confirmed my personal belief about how to cure this problem. Very convincing and well written. In simple language. I am going to share it with my mum and have a proper discussion on the ideas of the book. As with any other health problem, we need to fight the cause, not the symptoms. Very enlightening. Thanks a lot, Angelo.

A Four Week Diet Plan that will work
While I don’t have this dreaded ailment, I certainly know people who do. The author Carl Preston, makes a claim as he begins his book, that 30 days from now, if you’ve taken the hints and tips on board, you will lose excess weight, have more energy, your joints won’t feel as painful, you’ll be able to walk further, have less stress and won’t need as many painkillers. The book shows you how to do just that with adding more fish, more omega-3, various oils, berries, ginger, greens. He has a Four Week Diet and Pain Reducing Plan which when followed reduces inflammation around your joint making them more flexible and thus giving you a better quality life.

Waste of money
This book was a waste of time unless you want to pay good money to be told that if you eat well you can feel better....duh. No details, no helpful hints, no recipes, no good info.

Interesting ideas.
It's good to have books that will aggregate information. This book is definitely a solid introduction to the arthritis topic. I thought the most interesting aspect of the book is that it discusses the idea of using the mind to overcome pain. I don't if this would actually work but I do think there is some truth to being able to use the mind and relax to ease the pain of certain things. Interesting ideas.

Good ideas to decrease the pain
There were some realy good ideas in this book and i'm definitely trying the diet! Anoyone having problems with reheumatoid arthritis should get this book....but you know also go to the doctor ;)
