Works!!!
Removes hard water stains and scales in seconds! I use it for my rear view external camera. Stains don’t deposit fast after its usage. Works well for one full monsoon just after one use

Got more scratches on glass
Wrost product, it is like hard scrub, smells like acid, you have to rub very much to remove water stain, but the glass also gets scratches by rubbing which decrease visibility. Also doesn't remove water stains

Average product
Bought this to clear hard spot on my Car windshield and end up getting scratches and blurred the vision on night and rainy days. I was about to throw this away but before that used this to clean my bulelt Engine cover and voila it clean as new. Atleast it served anotehr purpose hence the 3 star

It's not a product but a magic
It was disheartening to see the whole panoramic sunroof of my brand new Mercedes got stubborn hard water spots when I parked it near a construction site one day. I didn't notice it for few days obviously as it was on the top side of the car. Later I did almost everything to clear it off. 3M products, Lemon, vinegar as suggested in Team BHP. Nothing worked out. Then finally i bought this magic. Bought it yesterday and tried it on small area. Worked like a charm. I'm able to completely make all the spots vanish this morning and took my car for a wash to clean the residuals of this cleaner. My steps:1. Shook it well2. Take few drops in microfibre cloth3. Rub on the spots in small circular motion with light pressure. (IMHO big circles may not be that efficient)4. Have another microfibre cloth to wipe the residuals once the spot is removed.5. Finally better wash the car with water to completely remove all cleaner residuals. It all depends on the Hardness/TDS of the water that makes how stubborn the spot is. Mine was super stubborn and etched into glass strongly. If it works for me it should work for u as well :)

Tough to use.
My car windows have many water spots. The washing boy used to splash hard water from borewell and allowed it to dry on glass resulting in these spots. This product does work. But the liquid is thick, does not flow easily, dries out on the micro fiber cloth quickly. And you have to really work hard for a long time to clear a tiny area. But it does clear the water spots. Not sure whether one can use electric tools (angle grinders with felt pads) for faster results. Also have not tried felt pads instead of micro fiber cloths for larger contact area. Don't use scotch Brite utensil cleaning pads. It clears the water spots with less effort but leaves scratches. Have not used cerium powder too though intend to try later.

Working
Working but not as I aspected because it was not able to remove old water marks completely. For complete removal .You will have to apply a little solution on the windshield and after 15-20 minutes wash it with pure water and wipe it with cloth with low pressure now solution will not remove completely. Trick is leave the windshield as it is for 4-5 hours and wipe it with dry clothes.
