Guys this is not stack-able up to 150lbs as claimed in the listing. It's only 100lbs. Amazon seller cheated. Product quality is good.

A best item for home workout
A good and sturdy material, best for home workout. Please don't compare this item from weighted plates or dumbell because it's work on your core strength not like weights do. Strong grips and rubber has quite good elasticity. Beginne can also use this for tone-up body.

Good value for money product
