when it closes, does it fully shut the? looks like the padding would be in the way

It doesn’t go ‘all’ the way dow for obvious reasons but, it shuts down the laptop with no problems. I have had 2 Macbook Pros and its the best fitting cover I have bought for either one. Hope that helps

Has this case made your laptop get hot?

I had to install a fan controller and cut the case on the sides to help with the heat. But it did get hot

Does it block the cooling fans in the back of the laptop? Causing it to overheat or is there enough space from the back of the laptop to the case? Thx

I have not had any problems with this case to day . My MAC PRO works fine, no overheating and this cover fits and looks great so far.I have only had it for a short time
