Does it come with 4 packs (total 16vents) or only 1 pack of (total 4 vents)???

If you only receive 4 and not 16 then the seller you bought from should not be posting on this listing. The original seller states that you will receive 4 packs of 4 for a total of 16. If any other seller on this page only sends you 4, then you should open a return for "item not as described" and report them to Amazon. Other sellers try to "Hijack" an existing product page by undercutting the original seller and not giving you the correct quantity. It's getting ridiculous and nobody should put up with it.
