Buy separate but still works
Its ok and it does work but not as well as taking chaste tree and myo inositol separate

Side effect is swollen feet
I started taking this a my feet started swelling. I was not sure if it was making my feet swell so my fiancee ask me to stop it to see if the swelling would go down and it did . guess a side effect is swollen feet..

Definitely recommend!
I was skeptical that this product would work, but it really helped! I'm 18 months postpartum from my second baby. I have PCOS and Insulin issues and my cycles were crazy since their return.
